Dublin D18
Covering Sandyford, Cabinteely, Foxrock, Carrickmines, Leopardstown and the surrounding area — modern build or apartment development housing, mostly flat roofing (EPDM rubber or torch-on felt) or a low-pitch tiled roof.
Most of the housing around Sandyford is modern build or apartment development — typically roofed in flat roofing (EPDM rubber or torch-on felt) or a low-pitch tiled roof. The problem we're called out for most often here is standing water on a flat roof where the falls were never quite right, and perished upstands around rooflights or parapet edges.
A flat roof that's pooling 48 hours after rain has a falls problem, not a membrane problem — patching the membrane without correcting the fall just buys a few more months before the same spot fails again.
